Организация учебного процесса: Осуществление обучения игре на скрипке в соответствии с образовательной программой, федеральными государственными требованиями (для предпрофессиональных программ) и методическими рекомендациями. Проведение занятий с учётом психофизиологических особенностей учащихся, использование современных образовательных технологий, включая цифровые ресурсы. Планирование учебного процесса, разработка рабочих программ по предмету на основе примерных образовательных программ. Организация самостоятельной работы учащихся, включая исследовательскую и проектную деятельность. Проведение индивидуальных занятий. Формирование и сохранение контингента: Набор на обучение по дополнительным общеразвивающим программам и отбор для предпрофессиональных программ (часто в составе комиссии). Комплектование групп и принятие мер для сохранения контингента в течение всего срока обучения. Консультирование учащихся и их родителей по вопросам профессионального самоопределения (для предпрофессиональных программ). Контроль и оценка: Контроль и оценка освоения образовательных программ, включая промежуточную и итоговую аттестацию (для предпрофессиональных программ в области искусств). Анализ результатов контроля, фиксация динамики подготовленности и мотивации учащихся. Взаимодействие с родителями: Планирование работы с родителями (законными представителями). Проведение родительских собраний, индивидуальных и групповых консультаций. Организация совместной деятельности детей и взрослых. Методическая работа: Разработка программно-методического обеспечения реализации образовательной программы (учебные планы, учебно-методические материалы). Участие в работе педагогических и методических советов, методических объединений. Проведение открытых уроков, подготовка рефератов и сообщений. Оказание методической помощи другим педагогическим работникам. Обеспечение безопасности: Соблюдение правил охраны труда и пожарной безопасности во время занятий. Проведение инструктажей по технике безопасности с обязательной регистрацией в журнале. Контроль за соблюдением учащимися правил безопасности. Обеспечение охраны жизни и здоровья учащихся в период образовательного процесса. Административно-хозяйственные задачи: Поддержание порядка и чистоты в закреплённых помещениях. Участие в оснащении учебного кабинета современным оборудованием, наглядными пособиями. Ведение установленной документации (расписание, журнал, индивидуальные планы, отчёты). Замена временно отсутствующих преподавателей по распоряжению администрации.

Систематическое повышение профессионального уровня. Прохождение аттестации на соответствие занимаемой должности. Прохождение предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров. Соблюдение Устава школы, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка и иных локальных нормативных актов. Уважение чести и достоинства обучающихся и других участников образовательных отношений.
