Врач офтальмолог обязан: 1. Проводить амбулаторный прием по графику, утвержденному администрацией поликлиники. 2. Обеспечивать своевременное и полное обследование больных с использованием своевременных достижений медицинской науки и техники. При наличии показаний должны быть сделаны дополнительные обследования. 3. Проводить квалифицированное и систематическое лечение больных своего профиля. 4. Обязательно выполнять в амбулаторных условиях при наличии показаний следующие лечебные манипуляции и операции: - введение лекарственных веществ под слизистую оболочку глазных яблок, в/м внутривисочно (блокады); - введение лекарственных веществ парабульбарно, - ведение больных в послеоперационном периоде после эксдракации катаракты с имплантацией ИОЛ и без нее, промывание слезно-носовых каналов, - удаление инородных тел из роговицы и конъюктивы глазных яблок, - долечивание больных после стац. лечения с воспалительными заболеваниями глаз, - назначение физио процедур, - проведение массажа век. 5. Обеспечивать правильное проведение экспертизы нетрудоспособности . 6. Проводить диспансерное наблюдение за больными офтальмологического профиля профиля, инвалидами и участниками Великой Отечественной войны, воинами интернационалистами и др.,декретированными группами. 7. Консультировать больных по направлению врачей других специальностей учреждения. 8. Осуществлять в соответствии с показаниями, своевременную госпитализацию больных. 9. Обеспечивать преемственность между амбулаторно-поликлиническим учреждением и стационаром в обследовании и лечении больных. 10. Соблюдать в своей работе принцип деонтологии. 11. Проводить анализ заболеваемости по своему профилю и разрабатывать мероприятия по ее снижению в районе деятельности поликлиники. 12. Осуществлять контроль и руководство работой среднего медперсонала кабинета. 13. Проводить мероприятия по повышению квалификации врачебного и среднего медперсонала поликлиники по вопросам офтальмологических заболеваний заболеваний. 14. Организовывать и проводить среди населения пропаганду санитарно-гигиенических знаний по профилактике офтальмологических заболеваний. 15. Систематически повышать свою профессиональную квалификацию и уровень медицинских знаний медсестер кабинета. 16. Принимать участие в профосмотре.
