- Организовывать применение требований к паролям, многофакторной аутентификации, блокировке неактивных учетных записей и периодическому пересмотру прав доступа в соответствии с локальными актами. - Хранить резервные копии с учетом принципа разделения сред и ограничения доступа; не считать синхронизацию единственной резервной копией; обеспечивать защищенное удаление носителей и данных по оформленному решению. - Осуществлять мониторинг доступности, производительности, заполнения хранилищ, состояния оборудования, сертификатов и журналов событий; своевременно устранять выявленные отклонения или инициировать закупку/ремонт. - Регистрировать обращения пользователей, инциденты и выполненные изменения; указывать время, затронутые системы, симптомы, причину, действия, результат и необходимость предупреждающих мер. - При признаках инцидента безопасности незамедлительно ограничивать последствия в пределах утвержденного регламента, сохранять журналы и иные следы, уведомлять директора и назначенных ответственных; не скрывать инцидент и не уничтожать доказательную информацию. - Обеспечивать техническое сопровождение официального сайта, ФГИС, региональных и муниципальных информационных систем только в объеме, закрепленном приказом или регламентом; не отвечать за достоверность и своевременность содержательной информации, которую размещают ее владельцы. - Участвовать в приемке оборудования и услуг: проверять комплектность, совместимость, работоспособность, документацию, гарантийные условия и соответствие техническому заданию; оформлять техническое заключение без принятия финансовых или закупочных решений вне полномочий.
