Медицинская сестра (медицинский брат) Отделения организации медицинской помощи несовершеннолетним в образовательных организациях исполняет следующие обязанности: - Оказывать помощь врачу в организации и проведении проф. осмотров учащихся образовательных организаций и в реализации всех назначенных в результате медицинского осмотра мероприятий, а именно: - подготавливать индивидуальные медицинские карты учащихся и заполнять общую часть карт, выносить в лист уточненного диагноза перенесенные заболевания; - проводить антропометрические измерения, - определять остроту зрения и слуха, - измерять артериальное давление, - заносить полученные результаты в медицинскую карту (Ф 026-у), - направлять по указанию школьного врача школьников в поликлинику на консультацию к врачам-специалистам, а также получать заключения от них. - Заполнять реестры после медицинских осмотров, проведения профилактических прививок, осмотра детей по контакту с инфекционными больными и т.д. для предоставления в экономический отдел ГБУЗ КК ПК ГДП № 1. - Под руководством врача планировать и организовывать проведение иммунопрофилактики (проф. прививки, туберкулинодиагностика). - Обеспечивать оказание медицинской помощи при возникновении неотложных состояний у детей, информировать руководителей образовательных учреждений обо всех случаях заболеваний детей, травм, несчастных случаев, инфекционных заболеваний; осуществлять вызов бригады скорой помощи, за исключением случаев, когда медицинский работник занят оказанием медицинской помощи больному (пострадавшему).

Среднее профессиональное образование (медицинское) по направлению "Сестринское дело", Акушерское дело, "Лечебное дело" действующая аккредитация и профессиональная переподготовка и аккредитация по направлению "Сестринское дело в педиатрии"
