Совершенствует формы и методы работы, планирование и прогнозирование деятельности отделения; осуществляет расстановку кадров на рабочих местах и их использование в соответствии с квалификацией, формирование нормативной и методической базы, базы материально-технических средств лабораторной и инструментальной диагностики; координирует деятельность отделения с другими структурными подразделениями Учреждения, обеспечивает их взаимосвязь в работе; осуществляет контроль за работой сотрудников физиотерапевтического отделения, качеством проводимого лечения, за соблюдением стандартов и порядков оказания медицинской помощи при выполнении медицинским персоналом перечня работ и услуг для лечения заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации, для лечения заболевания, состояния больного, клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом и порядок оказания медицинской помощи; осуществляет контроль за качеством ведения медицинской документации; ежегодно составляет и представляет на утверждение заместителю главного врача по медицинской части план повышения квалификации врачей отделения путем направления их на курсы и циклы усовершенствования; внедряет новейшие физиотерапевтические методы лечения, новую аппаратуру; обеспечивает обоснование осуществления закупки товаров, работ, услуг и др.

Высшее. Интернатура/ординатура/аккредитация по специальности "Физиотерапия". Наличие сертификата по специальности "Физиотерапия". Повышение квалификации по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье"
