The posting

Приём и регистрация. Получение биопсийного или операционного материала, проверка направлений, маркировка, внесение данных в ЛИС. Подготовка материала. Вырезка показательных фрагментов, фиксация образцов в специальных растворах (чтобы остановить разрушение тканей), обезвоживание через серию спиртов возрастающей концентрации. Если поступает костная ткань проведение декальцинации (удаление солей кальция специальными растворами). Изготовление препаратов. Заливка подготовленного материала в парафин (формирование блоков), нарезка срезов на микротоме (толщиной 3 5 мкм), наклеивание на предметные стёкла, депарафинирование, окраска (в том числе специальными методами для выявления конкретных структур, а также подготовка материалов для иммуногистохимических исследований). Заключение срезов под покровные стёкла. Иногда требуется изготовление замороженных блоков и срезов с них (для срочных интраоперационных исследований). Контроль качества. Выявление и отбраковка образцов или препаратов с артефактами, проверка качества реактивов и калибровки оборудования. Документирование. Ведение журналов (поступления материала, проведённой обработки, контроля качества), оформление отбракованного материала, архивирование готовых микропрепаратов и парафиновых блоков. Обслуживание. Замена реактивов, уход за гистологическим оборудованием. Соблюдение норм. Строгое следование правилам санитарно-противоэпидемического режима, техники безопасности при работе с биоматериалом и химическими реактивами.

Образование. Среднее профессиональное по специальности Лабораторная диагностика, профессиональная переподготовка по профилю Гистология . Квалификация. Аккредитация (первичная, первичная специализированная или периодическая) по специальности Гистология .
