The posting

Уборка территории. В течение дня дворник убирает закреплённую за ним зону: собирает мелкий бытовой мусор, листья с газонов, клумб и детских площадок. Он подметает и поливает тротуары, асфальтированные участки, отмостки, хозяйственные и контейнерные площадки. Работа с урнами. Урны очищают по мере заполнения (но не реже двух раз в день), а также промывают и дезинфицируют при загрязнении. По мере необходимости урны красят Уход за зелёными насаждениями. Дворник поливает клумбы, газоны и другие растения. Обслуживание ливневой канализации. Дворник осматривает и очищает дождеприёмные решётки, каналы и лотки для стока воды. Зимние работы. В холодный период дворник расчищает проходы во время снегопада, скалывает наледь с тротуаров, отмосток и площадок, удаляет и складирует снег и лёд в отведённом месте. Он также посыпает поверхности противогололёдными составами. Контроль за оборудованием и инфраструктурой. Дворник следит за состоянием ограждения территории, при необходимости проводит его мелкий ремонт. Он также контролирует исправность наружного оборудования: заборов, лестниц, карнизов, водосточных труб, урн, вывесок. Сопровождение других задач. Дворник подносит и подвозит необходимые для работы материалы и инвентарь (песок, поливочные шланги и т.п.). Он может участвовать в подготовке уборочного оборудования к сезону. Реагирование на нештатные ситуации. Если дворник обнаруживает прорыв трубопровода (водоснабжения, канализации, отопления), он должен вызвать аварийную бригаду. Также он незамедлительно сообщает руководителю о любой ситуации, которая угрожает жизни и здоровью людей, или о несчастном случае на территории сада. Соблюдение норм и правил. В целом дворник обязан строго соблюдать правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии и личной гигиены. Он должен знать, как действовать при пожаре или другой чрезвычайной ситуации и как эвакуироваться. Также в его задачи входит бережное отношение к имуществу учреждения.

Для работы дворником нужно достичь 18 лет, пройти инструктажи (по охране труда, пожарной безопасности), обязательные медицинские осмотры, профессиональную гигиеническую подготовку и аттестацию (при приёме на работу и далее не реже раза в два года), а также вакцинацию.
