The posting

Проверка целостности отопительной системы, наличия противопожарного инвентаря, исправности сигнализации, телефонов, освещения. Наружный и внутренний обход отопительной системы с проверкой качества подаваемого тепла в классы и помещения школы (не менее трёх раз в смену). Выявление неисправностей отопительной системы и доклад об этом завхозу или директору школы. При возникновении пожара на объекте поднятие тревоги, извещение пожарной команды и дежурного по отделению милиции, принятие мер по ликвидации пожара. Приём и сдача дежурства с соответствующей записью в журнале. Соблюдение правил ТБ при обслуживании электроприборов. Подготовка помещений котельной к новому отопительному сезону (ремонт оборудования, побелка помещения снаружи и изнутри, техобслуживание двигателей, отопительной системы). Соблюдение требований правил внутреннего трудового распорядка: соблюдение дисциплины, бережное отношение к оборудованию, инструментам, приборам, материалам, содержание в чистоте рабочего места, периодические медосмотры. Соблюдение правил пожарной безопасности и личной гигиены.

Наличие действующей медицинской книжки либо готовность её оформить (обязательны медосмотры по требованиям для работы в образовательной организации); отсутствие ограничений на работу в сфере образования согласно ст. 351.1 ТК РФ; готовность выполнять физически напряжённые операции, связанные с обслуживанием котельной (загрузка топлива, удаление золы и шлака, очистка оборудования и т. п.); знание и строгое соблюдение правил охраны труда, промышленной, пожарной и санитарной безопасности; умение работать с котельным оборудованием, контрольно‑измерительными приборами, уборочным инвентарём и простейшей техникой (лопата, совок, щётки и др.), применяемыми в котельной; внимательность, ответственность, аккуратность, способность чётко фиксировать параметры работы оборудования и своевременно выявлять отклонения.
