The posting

1. Осуществляет общее руководство административно-хозяйственной и экономической деятельностью дома культуры. 2. Разрабатывает и контролирует исполнение основных направлений культурно-просветительной и досуговой деятельности среди населения. 3. Составляет планы творческо-производственной и финансово-хозяйственной деятельности дома культуры с применением социально-экономических условий. 4. Организует деятельность дома культуры и работу всего персонала, а именно: 4.1. проведение фестивалей, смотров, конкурсов, выставок и других форм творческой деятельности; 4.2. проведение концертов, театрально-зрелищных и выставочных мероприятий, как силами собственного творческого коллектива, так и приглашенных исполнителей; 4.3. демонстрацию кинофильмов, и т.п.; 4.4. проведение массовых театрализованных праздников и представлений, народных гуляний, обрядов и ритуалов, в соответствии с местными обычаями и традициями; 4.5. организацию досуга различных групп населения, в том числе проведение вечеров отдыха и танцев, дискотек, молодежных балов, карнавалов, детских праздников, игровых и культурно-развлекательных программ; 4.6. организацию работы игротек, читальных залов, бильярдных залов и т.п.; 4.7. работу спортивно-оздоровительных клубов и секций, групп туризма и здоровья, проведение спортивных выступлений, физкультурно-массовых соревнований; 4.9. предоставление в рамках возможностей дома культуры разнообразных платных услуг социально-культурного характера населению, с учетом запросов и потребностей; 4.10. предоставление сценических площадок для проведения гастрольных и выездных мероприятий театров, концертных организаций, для осуществления совместных проектов и программ в соответствии с заключенными договорами. 5. Обеспечивает дом культуры квалифицированными кадрами с наилучшим использованием знаний и опыта работников, а именно: 5.1. заключает трудовые договоры (контракты) с творческим и техническим персоналом; 5.2. осуществляет контроль за строгим соблюдением персоналом правил техники безопасности, производственной санитарии, противопожарной безопасности; 5.3. принимает решения по представлениям о наложении административных взысканий, применении мер поощрения к работникам дома культуры.
