Du übernimmst die wiederkehrenden Standardaufgaben des Führungsalltags, hältst den Kalender frei für das, wofür es sie tatsächlich braucht, und sorgst dafür, dass Zugesagtes auch passiert. Du sprichst an, wenn Dinge nicht zusammenpassen kümmerst Dich mit Klarheit und Herzlichkeit um die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Geschäftsführung.

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson, wenn Gregory und Markus nicht direkt erreichbar sind, und priorisierst die Anfragen
  • Du führst die Kalender von Gregory und Markus, koordinierst Termine und hältst zusammenhängende Zeit für konzentriertes Arbeiten frei
  • Du bereitest Termine vor: Unterlagen, Kontext, offene Punkte aus dem Vorgespräch
  • Du bewirtschaftest den Posteingang, beantwortest Standardkorrespondenz eigenständig und behältst Fristen im Blick
  • Du organisierst Reisen und bereitest die Reisekostenabrechnungen vor
  • Du hältst nach Terminen nach, ob Vereinbartes umgesetzt wird, und machst offene Punkte sichtbar
  • Du beschreibst wiederkehrende Abläufe, vereinfachst sie und automatisierst sie mit digitalen und KI-gestützten Werkzeugen
  • Du widersprichst, wenn Zusagen, Prioritäten und verfügbare Zeit nicht zusammenpassen — und machst einen Gegenvorschlag

Deine Stärken

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, gern in der Zuarbeit für mehr als eine Führungskraft
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch bei unvollständigen Informationen zu priorisieren — und den Mut, deine Einschätzung auszusprechen
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und einen Blick dafür, was als Nächstes dran ist
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft 365; Neugier auf KI-gestützte Werkzeuge ist ein echtes Plus
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch
