10XME Technology Inc. (GIG Rewards) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business and platform operations, manage operational teams, and ensure the efficient execution of campaigns, quests, rewards, and other platform activities.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and improving operational processes, monitoring key performance indicators, managing resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing digital platform operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations management, business operations, digital platforms, or related functions.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience working in technology companies, digital platforms, e-commerce, fintech, rewards platforms, or startups is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple projects, and meet operational deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting dashboards, automation, and AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement with required on-site attendance in Makati City.
