Responsible for overseeing daily railway operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient train services. Manage operational staff, monitor service performance, ensure compliance with railway safety regulations, coordinate incident and emergency responses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily railway operations.
  • Ensure train service reliability, punctuality, and safety.
  • Supervise operational staff and manpower planning.
