Руководство отделом продаж из 7 сотрудников. Постановка задач: ответственный, срок, конкретный результат. Планирование продаж и выполнение планов отдела. Разработка и реализация стратегии роста продаж. Развитие всех каналов продаж, включая интернет-магазин. Управление торговыми представителями и контроль их работы через приложение. Работа в Битрикс24: CRM, воронка продаж, задачи, контроль менеджеров и аналитика. Работа в 1С продаж, ведение и контроль справочников. Контроль дебиторской задолженности. Переговоры с ключевыми клиентами, работа со скидками, рассрочками и коммерческими условиями. Анализ продаж, конверсии, среднего чека и эффективности сотрудников. Обучение и развитие команды продаж. Создание и внедрение стандартов и регламентов отдела. Поиск новых клиентов, возможностей и точек роста.

Опыт работы руководителем отдела продаж. Реальный опыт увеличения продаж и управления командой. Уверенное владение Битрикс24, CRM и воронкой продаж. Опыт работы в 1С. Навыки переговоров и управления коммерческими условиями. Опыт работы с дебиторской задолженностью. Умение анализировать показатели и принимать решения на основании цифр. Опыт обучения и развития сотрудников. Умение самостоятельно разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию продаж.
