Deine Aufgaben

Als Account Manager:in im Bereich Social Media und Influencer Marketing bist du das Herzstück digitaler Markenkommunikation. Du entwickelst kreative Social-Konzepte, setzt sie mit Leidenschaft um und stärkst die digitale Präsenz führender Marken.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle unserer Kund:innen
  • Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Content-Kampagnen auf Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube und X
  • Konzeption und Steuerung von Social-Advertising- und Influencer-Kampagnen
  • Community Management mit Haltung und Herz
  • Proaktive Beratung und kreative Impulse im Kundenkontakt
  • Analyse, Reporting und datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen zur Performance-Optimierung

Deine Skills

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media oder Digitalmarketing, idealerweise auf Agenturseite
  • Sicheres Gespür für Content, Trends, Sprache und Storytelling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Content-Creation-Tools wie Canva und CapCut sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator). Du produzierst schnell und eigenständig hochwertige Social-Assets
  • Grundkenntnisse in den gängigen Ad-Managern (z. B. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) zur Steuerung von Social-Advertising-Kampagnen
  • Routinierter und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit KI-Tools
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließendes Deutsch (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Von Vorteil: abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation
