Wir bei der FLZR GmbH suchen für unser Office in Berlin einen Account Manager (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt und unseren Key Account Sony im Bereich Consumer Electronics operativ und wirtschaftlich steuert. In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Office und unseren Teams im Feld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Account-Steuerung: Du verantwortest die operative Planung und Umsetzung der Projekte für Sony im DACH-Markt.
  • Kundenberatung: Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und begleitest die Weiterentwicklung der gemeinsamen Ziele.
  • KPI-Management: Du analysierst Verkaufszahlen sowie Budgets und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für die Performance-Optimierung ab.
  • Team-Koordination: Du steuerst und motivierst unsere Außendienstteams und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du koordinierst externe Partner und stellst sicher, dass Qualität und Termine jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Kommunikation: Du agierst sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache im Austausch mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern.

Deine Skills

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Account Management, Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich (idealerweise Retail oder Technik).
  • Analytik: Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen und arbeitest sicher mit Excel und Reporting-Tools.
  • Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick und handelst lösungsorientiert.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst durch ein souveränes Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
  • Mindset: Du hast den Anspruch, Projekte wirklich zu bewegen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
