Als interne Servicegesellschaft der internationalen 1SP Agency betreuen wir mehrere Unternehmen der Gruppe in allen kaufmännischen Prozessen. Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften und sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft genauso wie bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen alles stimmt.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften inklusive Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung sämtlicher laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Kontenabstimmung sowie Kontenklärung
  • Selbstständige Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Mitarbeit bei den Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender buchhalterischer Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Deine Skills

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter oder eine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Umsatzsteuer und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude daran, gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln
