Deine Aufgaben

Als Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) bist du die erste Ansprechperson für Kundinnen und Kunden rund um die Roborock Produktwelt. Du:

  • gehst aktiv und freundlich auf Kundinnen und Kunden zu.
  • analysierst den individuellen Reinigungsbedarf und findest die passende Lösung.
  • erklärst technische Funktionen verständlich und alltagsnah.
  • präsentierst Saug- und Wischroboter sowie weitere Reinigungslösungen direkt auf der Verkaufsfläche.
  • begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss.
  • sorgst für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation sowie einsatzbereite Demogeräte.
  • unterstützt bei der Warenpflege und hältst dein Produktwissen durch Schulungen stets aktuell.

Deine Skills

Du musst kein Technikprofi sein – viel wichtiger sind Begeisterung für Menschen und Interesse an moderner Technik.

Du bringst idealerweise mit:

  • Freude am Verkauf und an der persönlichen Kundenberatung.
  • Interesse an moderner Technik, Smart Home oder Haushaltsgeräten.
  • Eine offene, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team.
