Als Agenturpartner von Microsoft Xbox suchen wir bei der FLZR GmbH ab sofort einen Market Manager (m/w/d) für die Region Süden. In dieser Rolle betreust du eigenverantwortlich die dir zugeordneten Retail-Märkte, stärkst die Präsenz von Microsoft Xbox am Point of Sale und unterstützt Marktmitarbeitende sowie Sales Promoter dabei, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.

Diese Position ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet. Die Anstellung erfolgt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Deine Aufgaben

Du betreust eigenverantwortlich die Retail-Märkte in Deiner Region und bist das Gesicht von Microsoft Xbox vor Ort.

Marktbetreuung & Sales: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung deiner Region, Pflege der Beziehungen zu Entscheidern im Store und gezielte Steigerung der Xbox-Umsätze anhand definierter KPIs. POS-Exzellenz: Sicherstellung eines repräsentativen Markenauftritts durch Merchandising, Rackjobbing sowie regelmäßige Kontrollen von Preisen, Sortiment und Warenverfügbarkeit. Retail Training: Durchführung von Face-to-Face- und Online-Trainings für Marktmitarbeiter sowie Konzeption und Veröffentlichung von kreativem Trainings-Content (z. B. Videotutorials). Promoter-Management: Fachliche Steuerung, Einarbeitung und Coaching der eingesetzten Sales Promoter inklusive Organisation von Regionalmeetings und Moderation der Teams-Gruppe. Reporting & Analyse: Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im CRM-Tool sowie eigenständige Erarbeitung von Analysen und Präsentationen für die Projektleitung. Schnittstellenfunktion: Agiles Beschwerdemanagement vor Ort und fungieren als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen Agentur, Handel und Feldmannschaft.

Deine Skills

  • Erfahrung im Außendienst, Retail, Vertrieb, Merchandising oder als Sales Promoter
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Consumer Electronics, Gaming oder Technologie
  • Freude an regelmäßigen Marktbesuchen und der Arbeit direkt am Point of Sale
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Talent für Beratung, Präsentation und die Vermittlung von Produktwissen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Trainings, Coachings oder Teambesprechungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für Verkaufskennzahlen und die Fähigkeit, daraus Maßnahmen abzuleiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, CRM-Systemen und Microsoft Teams
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eine definierte Region und eigene Projekte zu übernehmen
  • Begeisterung für Microsoft Xbox, Gaming und innovative Technik

  • Vergütung: 3.500 € monatliches Fixgehalt plus 500 € variable Prämie
  • Vertrag: Befristete Anstellung für zunächst ein Jahr inklusive Probezeit
