Wir bei der FLZR GmbH sind Experten für Personalmarketing und Promotion. Für unsere Projekte im Bereich Consumer Electronics suchen wir Verstärkung im Berliner Office. Als Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Account Managern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kampagnen im DACH-Markt reibungslos laufen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Unterstützung: Du arbeitest direkt unter der Leitung unserer (Key) Account Manager und unterstützt bei der täglichen Steuerung großer Kundenprojekte.
  • Koordination: Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Außendienstteams und sorgst dafür, dass Briefings und Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.
  • Daten & Reporting: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von KPIs und bereitest Verkaufszahlen so auf, dass wir die Performance unserer Projekte stetig optimieren können.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du behältst Termine und Deadlines im Blick und unterstützt bei der Kontrolle externer Dienstleister.
  • Kommunikation: Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Office, Feldmannschaft und Kunden.

Deine Skills

  • Struktur: Du arbeitest gerne organisiert und verlierst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben nicht den Überblick.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Menschen – egal ob am Telefon, via Teams oder per E-Mail (Deutsch & Englisch).
  • Technik-Affinität: Excel ist für dich kein Endgegner, sondern ein Werkzeug, das du sicher bedienst.
  • Mindset: Du hast eine "Hands-on"-Mentalität und verstehst dich als Dienstleister für das Projekt.
  • Hintergrund: Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Promotion-Branche, im Einzelhandel oder in der Projektassistenz gesammelt.
