Gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager führst du den Store im Tagesgeschäft, entwickelst dein Team weiter und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden Technik erleben statt nur kaufen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die rechte Hand des Store Managers und übernimmst Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Betrieb des Stores.

Dabei bist du nicht im Büro, sondern mitten im Geschehen – auf der Verkaufsfläche, beim Team und bei unseren Kunden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Aktive Beratung unserer Kunden mit dem Ziel, die passende Lösung zu finden – nicht einfach nur Produkte zu verkaufen.
  • Unterstützung des Store Managers bei der Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Eigenständige Übernahme der Storeleitung während der Abwesenheit des Store Managers.
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Durchführung von Briefings sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Umsatz- und Serviceziele.
  • Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Kundenfeedback gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager.
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Warenpräsentation und funktionierender Demo-Flächen.
  • Organisation von Warenannahme, Lager, Kasse sowie Store-Öffnung und -Schließung.

Deine Skills

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Verkauf.

  • Erste Führungsverantwortung ist Voraussetzung, z. B. als:Stellvertretender Filialleiter Schichtleiter Teamleiter Verkauf Floor Manager Department Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf beratungsintensiver Produkte.

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Du gehst gerne voran und motivierst dein Team.
  • Du kannst Prioritäten setzen und auch an umsatzstarken Tagen den Überblick behalten.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Kollegen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Technik und erklärst Produkte verständlich.
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und kundenfokussiert.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
