Für unseren Partner o2 Telefónica suchen wir motivierte Verkäufer, Kundenberater und Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) für den Point of Sale direkt im MediaMarkt Kassel City Point. Egal ob erfahrener Verkaufsprofi oder motivierter Neueinsteiger – bei uns zählst du als Persönlichkeit!

Deine Aufgaben

Kundenberatung & Verkauf: Du gehst aktiv und offen auf Kundinnen und Kunden zu, ermittelst deren individuellen Bedarf und berätst zielgerichtet zu Tarifen, Smartphones, DSL- und Mobilfunk-Lösungen von o2.

Abschlussorientierung: Vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Vertrags- oder Produktabschluss begleitest du deine Kunden freundlich und kompetent.

Markenpräsenz: Du präsentierst das gesamte Produktportfolio von o2 Telefónica professionell und sorgst für einen ansprechenden Markenauftritt im Markt.

Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team vor Ort zusammen und trägst aktiv zum gemeinsamen Vertriebserfolg bei.

Deine Skills

Persönlichkeit & Motivation: Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, überzeugst durch ein souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationstalent.

Erfahrung: Erfahrungen im Bereich Telekommunikation sind zwingend erforderlich.

Vertriebsaffinität: Du hast Spaß daran, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen, und arbeitest ergebnis- sowie serviceorientiert.

Zuverlässigkeit: Du bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer mit guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.

Wir bieten Dir

Faires Vergütungsmodell: Attraktiver Verdienst (24.000 € – 48.000 € p.a.) bestehend aus einem sicheren Festgehalt plus ungedeckelter Provision – dein Einsatz zahlt sich direkt aus.

Flexibilität: Festanstellung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mit flexiblen Einsatzmöglichkeiten (3 bis 5 Tage pro Woche).

Echte Karriereperspektive (IHK-Abschluss): Wir unterstützen dich über unseren internen PRofiFLITZER-Campus bei der offiziellen Erlangung deines IHK-Abschlusses (z. B. als Verkäufer/in oder Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel).
