The posting

We are sharing a specialised remote consulting opportunity for bilingual Medical Doctors and Physician Experts with strong expertise in clinical medicine, diagnostic reasoning, medical terminology, healthcare protocols, and Korean-language medical communication to contribute their professional knowledge to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

Selected professionals will analyse clinical scenarios, review patient cases and healthcare data, and evaluate AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and consistency with established medical principles. The work combines practical medical expertise with multilingual clinical communication, patient data interpretation, and structured AI evaluation to help improve the accuracy and quality of intelligent healthcare systems. Prior experience with AI training projects is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Case Analysis & Diagnostic Evaluation

  • Analyse complex clinical scenarios, patient cases, and medical information using established clinical reasoning principles
  • Apply knowledge of general medicine, physiology, diagnostic processes, and healthcare protocols to medical evaluation tasks
  • Review patient presentations, clinical histories, and relevant diagnostic information for accuracy and consistency
  • Identify incomplete clinical explanations, inappropriate assumptions, and potential inaccuracies in medical reasoning
  • Contribute physician-level expertise to the development and evaluation of medically relevant AI training materials

Medical Content Review & Clinical Accuracy Assessment

  • Review AI-generated medical explanations, clinical summaries, and healthcare-related content for factual and clinical accuracy
  • Evaluate medical responses for relevance, completeness, terminology, and alignment with established clinical practices
  • Identify errors involving diagnostic interpretation, clinical physiology, medical concepts, and healthcare procedures
  • Assess the quality of AI-generated explanations and decision-support content within defined clinical evaluation scenarios
  • Provide structured professional feedback to improve the accuracy and reliability of medical AI outputs

Korean-Language Medical Evaluation & Communication

  • Apply native or advanced Korean proficiency to the evaluation of specialised medical content and clinical scenarios
  • Assess Korean medical terminology, clinical explanations, and healthcare communication for linguistic and technical accuracy
  • Evaluate the clarity and appropriateness of medical concepts across Korean and English-language contexts
  • Identify translation inaccuracies, terminology inconsistencies, and communication issues affecting medical interpretation
  • Provide precise bilingual explanations and feedback to support multilingual medical AI training and evaluation

Healthcare Data Analysis & AI Training

  • Analyse and annotate clinical datasets, healthcare information, and medical documentation for specialised AI training tasks
  • Apply clinical expertise to evaluate diagnostic reasoning, patient information, and healthcare workflow scenarios
  • Review AI-generated analyses and identify opportunities to improve clinical interpretation and medical decision-support capabilities
  • Translate complex clinical concepts and healthcare procedures into clear, structured evaluation guidance
  • Collaborate with technical contributors to improve the quality of medically oriented AI training and assessment materials

Clinical Quality Assurance & Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Evaluate medical content for consistency with relevant clinical standards, professional practices, and ethical principles
  • Maintain appropriate data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards when working with healthcare information
  • Document clinical findings, evaluation observations, and recommended corrections with clarity and precision
  • Collaborate with physicians, data scientists, engineers, and multidisciplinary project contributors
  • Support continuous improvement of clinical evaluation methodologies, technical documentation, and AI-generated medical content quality

Ideal Profile

  • Medical Doctor (MD, DO, or an equivalent medical qualification) with relevant clinical training and practical medical expertise
  • Current or recent clinical practice experience is strongly preferred
  • Completion of medical residency training is preferred; physicians in their final year of residency may also be considered
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic analysis, general medicine, human physiology, and established healthcare protocols
  • Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or another general medical specialty is particularly relevant
  • Physicians from selected medical subspecialties may also be considered
  • Native or high-level Korean language fluency, demonstrated through TOPIK Level 5 or higher or equivalent proficiency
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Strong understanding of Korean and English medical terminology and professional clinical communication
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex medical scenarios and apply sound clinical judgement
  • Experience interpreting electronic health records, patient information, clinical notes, or other medical documentation
  • Strong analytical reasoning, diagnostic problem-solving, and medical information evaluation capabilities
  • Ability to identify inaccuracies, incomplete explanations, and inconsistencies within clinical content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated medical concepts clearly
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, or multidisciplinary technical teams is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, clinically relevant, and professionally grounded medical analysis
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality, healthcare data protection, and relevant ethical considerations
  • Ability to work independently and provide structured professional feedback in a remote environment
  • Prior experience with AI model training, medical AI evaluation, or healthcare technology projects is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

  • Freelance / contract engagement
  • Part-time — fully remote, open worldwide
  • Compensation: $125/hour
  • Minimum Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week
  • 30 available openings
  • Specialised medical consulting role spanning clinical reasoning, Korean-language medical evaluation, healthcare data analysis, and AI training
  • Language Requirements: Korean TOPIK Level 5+ or equivalent native/high-level fluency, together with English proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Clinical Background: Current or recent medical practice preferred, with completed residency training or final-year residency consideration
  • Work will involve clinical case evaluation, medical content review, healthcare data annotation, and structured feedback on AI-generated medical outputs
  • Relevant medical backgrounds include internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, and selected additional specialties
  • Assignments will draw on practical medical expertise, diagnostic reasoning, clinical terminology, and bilingual communication skills
  • The selection process may include an approximately 35-minute AI interview, a short follow-up questionnaire, and a final project review
  • Selected professionals should be prepared to begin initial assignments within 24–48 hours after receiving onboarding credentials
  • Prior experience with AI training projects is not required
  • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
