We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced business professionals with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, combined with strong experience in financial modelling, data analysis, executive presentations, strategic proposals, and professional business documentation, to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

Selected professionals will design realistic business tasks, interact with AI models using complex workplace scenarios, evaluate generated outputs, and provide structured feedback grounded in real-world professional standards. The work is particularly suited to contributors with experience in Fortune 500 or comparable business environments across functions such as strategy, finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, consulting, healthcare, retail, or technology.

Key Responsibilities

Business Scenario & Task Design

  • Create realistic business tasks based on professional workplace experience
  • Design complex deliverables involving Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Develop scenarios that reflect real-world business constraints and decision-making
  • Build challenges representative of sophisticated corporate environments
  • Ensure tasks are practical, realistic, and suitable for professional AI evaluation

Excel, Financial Modelling & Data Analysis

  • Develop spreadsheet-based tasks involving financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
  • Evaluate complex Excel outputs for accuracy, logic, structure, and usability
  • Review formulas, assumptions, calculations, and analytical conclusions
  • Create business scenarios involving operational, financial, or commercial data
  • Apply professional standards to spreadsheet organisation and presentation

Executive Presentations & PowerPoint

  • Design and evaluate executive-level presentation tasks
  • Create scenarios involving strategic decks, business reviews, proposals, and decision materials
  • Assess presentation structure, narrative flow, visual clarity, and business relevance
  • Evaluate whether slide content communicates insights effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Apply real-world standards for executive communication and presentation development

Word Documents & Strategic Business Writing

  • Develop tasks involving strategic proposals, reports, memos, and other professional documents
  • Review AI-generated documents for clarity, structure, accuracy, and business effectiveness
  • Evaluate written recommendations and supporting analysis
  • Apply professional standards for business writing and document organisation
  • Create realistic documentation scenarios across different business functions

AI Evaluation & Feedback

  • Engage in prompt-driven interactions with language models
  • Compare multiple AI-generated responses to the same business problem
  • Evaluate outputs for quality, accuracy, usefulness, and professional relevance
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement
  • Produce detailed assessments and actionable feedback based on domain expertise

Cross-Functional Business Collaboration

  • Contribute tasks spanning strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, or related functions
  • Adapt scenarios to reflect different industries and professional contexts
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators
  • Document evaluation rationale clearly and consistently
  • Help ensure submitted tasks reflect authentic business use cases and stakeholder expectations

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in professional business environments
  • Strong experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or comparable industries
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated experience creating complex financial models, analyses, reports, presentations, or strategic documents
  • Experience supporting strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, or related business functions
  • Direct experience within a Fortune 500 or comparable large-scale business environment is highly valuable
  • Strong business judgement and ability to design nuanced professional scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain evaluation decisions and feedback clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and professional-quality standards
  • Familiarity with language-model prompting or prompt engineering is beneficial but not required

Engagement Details

  • Independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote
  • Compensation: $35–$50/hour
  • Work will involve business-scenario creation, AI evaluation, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, financial modelling, reporting, and executive communication
  • Strong real-world business experience and professional document expertise are central to this engagement
  • Assignments may span finance, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, HR, consulting, or other business functions
  • Project scope, workload, business scenarios, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
  • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
