  • Provide detailed expert feedback on analytical weaknesses and legal inaccuracies
  • Explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely
  • Support refinement of model outputs through structured commentary
  • Maintain consistency and precision across legal evaluation tasks

  • Demonstrated expertise in high-value transactional matters
  • Experience with commercial litigation is highly valuable
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments
  • Exceptional attention to detail in legal-document analysis
  • Strong written communication and ability to explain sophisticated legal concepts clearly
  • Ability to identify legal risks, drafting weaknesses, and issue-spotting gaps
  • Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with project managers and reviewers
  • Experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is advantageous but not required
  • No prior AI-training experience is required

  • Recent BigLaw experience is central to this engagement
  • Strong legal drafting, issue spotting, and analytical precision are particularly important
  • Project scope, workload, legal subject matter, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
