The posting

We are sharing a specialised remote consulting opportunity for experienced Medicare Enrollment Specialists, Social Security Administration Professionals, and Employee Benefits Advisors with strong expertise in Medicare enrollment, Social Security coordination, employer-sponsored health coverage, and Medicare plan options to contribute their professional knowledge to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

Selected professionals will review realistic Medicare enrollment inquiries, develop structured evaluation criteria, and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, and practical usefulness. The work combines hands-on Medicare counseling experience with healthcare coverage coordination, enrollment procedures, and written evaluation to improve how AI systems respond to questions from Medicare beneficiaries and individuals approaching eligibility. Prior experience with AI training projects is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate whether inquiries accurately reflect questions commonly received from Medicare beneficiaries and prospective enrollees.
  • Identify unrealistic scenarios, unclear requests, and missing information in sample enrollment questions.
  • Apply practical Medicare counseling experience to assess the relevance and authenticity of beneficiary inquiries.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure questions reflect realistic enrollment circumstances and common coverage concerns.

Enrollment Periods & Medicare Penalty Evaluation

  • Develop evaluation criteria for accurate explanations of initial Medicare enrollment and relevant enrollment deadlines.
  • Assess guidance concerning Special Enrollment Periods and their application to different beneficiary circumstances.
  • Review explanations of Medicare Part B late enrollment penalties and related enrollment considerations.
  • Evaluate how Medicare enrollment interacts with Social Security benefits and eligibility circumstances.
  • Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information concerning enrollment timelines and procedural requirements.

Medicare Coverage Options & Plan Coordination

  • Review information concerning Original Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D.
  • Evaluate responses comparing Medicare coverage arrangements and relevant beneficiary considerations.
  • Assess guidance relating to employer-sponsored health insurance and retiree coverage.
  • Review explanations of how employer size affects Medicare coordination and primary versus secondary coverage.
  • Identify inaccuracies involving COBRA, creditable coverage, and interactions between Medicare and employer health plans.

AI Response Evaluation & Quality Standards

  • Develop structured rubrics defining correct, complete, and useful answers to Medicare enrollment questions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses against established accuracy, completeness, and relevance criteria.
  • Identify factual errors, omitted enrollment requirements, common misconceptions, and outdated guidance.
  • Assess whether responses provide appropriate and actionable information for realistic beneficiary situations.
  • Document evaluation findings and recommend specific improvements to AI-generated Medicare guidance.

Technical Documentation & Project Collaboration

  • Prepare clear written feedback explaining identified errors, missing information, and recommended corrections.
  • Document evaluation criteria, enrollment considerations, and relevant healthcare coverage coordination procedures.
  • Communicate practical insights based on direct experience assisting Medicare beneficiaries or advising employees on Medicare.
  • Complete assigned review activities independently within an asynchronous project environment.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and professional written communication throughout project deliverables.

Ideal Profile

  • Former Social Security Administration experience involving Medicare enrollment, or professional HR/employee benefits experience advising employees on Medicare.

  • Experience with Medicare premium adjustments, including IRMAA, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Medicare coverage while working or Health Savings Account (HSA) considerations is beneficial.
  • Experience preparing informational guides, beneficiary counseling scripts, or training materials is preferred.
  • Experience assisting diverse beneficiary populations, including rural and non-English-speaking individuals, is advantageous.
  • Ability to apply structured evaluation criteria consistently and provide actionable written feedback.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a remote project environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
