Test Planning & Quality Risk Management

  • Develop testing strategies aligned with feature and release requirements
  • Identify quality risks early in the development process
  • Prioritise testing effort based on product impact and technical risk
  • Ensure appropriate test coverage before release
  • Communicate blockers, risks, and quality findings clearly to stakeholders

Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Participate in planning, refinement, and release cycles
  • Review requirements and identify potential testing gaps
  • Provide QA input during feature development and implementation
  • Support rapid iteration while maintaining strong quality standards

QA Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve QA workflows and testing practices
  • Strengthen regression strategies and release-validation processes
  • Improve consistency in defect documentation and test management

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
