Prior AI experience is not required.

  • Examine the allocation of rights, obligations, and responsibilities among transaction participants
  • Assess legal and regulatory considerations affecting the structuring, issuance, and administration of financial instruments
  • Apply professional legal judgement to identify material transactional issues, structural complexities, and documentation requirements

Financial Documentation & Contract Review

  • Review, analyse, and annotate legal agreements, offering documents, prospectuses, term sheets, and transaction documentation
  • Draft or evaluate sample contractual provisions, legal frameworks, and documentation relevant to structured finance arrangements
  • Assess contractual language for clarity, legal sufficiency, consistency, and alignment with established market practices
  • Identify potential drafting issues, contractual ambiguities, and transaction-specific legal considerations
  • Provide detailed legal commentary on documentation standards, contractual interpretation, and transaction structuring

Securities Regulation & Compliance Assessment

  • Analyse securities laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks applicable to structured finance products
  • Evaluate legal obligations associated with securitisation transactions, financial disclosures, and investor protections
  • Research relevant regulatory developments and their implications for structured finance market participants
  • Examine hypothetical scenarios involving compliance obligations, transaction risks, and regulatory expectations
  • Apply current legal and industry knowledge to assess the regulatory accuracy of specialised financial content

AI Training & Legal Content Evaluation

  • Develop realistic legal questions, case studies, and transactional scenarios reflecting structured finance practice
  • Review, edit, and validate AI-generated legal analyses, contractual explanations, and structured finance responses
  • Identify legal inaccuracies, incomplete reasoning, and areas requiring greater contractual or regulatory precision
  • Translate complex structured finance concepts, financial terminology, and legal structures into clear training and evaluation materials
  • Contribute subject-matter expertise to the development of datasets and assessment criteria reflecting current legal standards and industry practices

Legal Research & Quality Assurance Collaboration

  • Conduct structured legal research involving structured finance transactions, securities regulation, and financial market practices
  • Produce clear legal analyses, document annotations, research summaries, and detailed evaluation feedback
  • Identify evolving market practices, recurring legal issues, and important developments affecting structured finance transactions

  • Extensive professional experience advising on structured finance transactions, typically 5+ years
  • Deep expertise in structured finance law, securitisation structures, transactional documentation, and securities regulation
  • Practical experience with asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, collateralised debt obligations, or comparable structured financial products
  • Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, or advising on complex structured finance agreements
  • Strong understanding of securities laws, regulatory compliance frameworks, and relevant financial market regulations
  • Experience reviewing prospectuses, offering memoranda, term sheets, and other financial legal documentation
  • Ability to analyse complex contractual arrangements and identify nuanced legal, structural, and regulatory considerations

  • Familiarity with evolving structured finance market practices, regulatory developments, and industry documentation standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within remote, multidisciplinary project environments
  • Experience translating complex legal concepts into accessible explanations for varied audiences or technology applications is advantageous
  • Prior experience with AI training, model evaluation, or legal technology applications is not required

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
