Selected professionals will review realistic questions from veterans and their families, develop structured evaluation criteria, and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, and practical usefulness. The work combines firsthand experience with VA healthcare services, eligibility determination, enrollment procedures, and care coordination to improve how AI systems respond to questions about veterans healthcare access and benefits. Prior experience with AI training projects is not required.

  • Identify unrealistic scenarios, unclear requests, and missing information in sample eligibility questions.
  • Apply practical VA enrollment and eligibility experience to assess the relevance and accuracy of healthcare guidance.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure questions reflect authentic veteran healthcare circumstances.

Priority Groups & Income-Based Eligibility Assessment

  • Develop evaluation criteria for accurate explanations of VA healthcare priority groups and eligibility classifications.
  • Assess AI-generated guidance concerning income requirements, means testing, and relevant enrollment considerations.
  • Review explanations of eligibility determination processes and applicable healthcare enrollment requirements.
  • Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information concerning priority groups and income-related assessments.
  • Evaluate whether proposed guidance appropriately addresses the veteran's stated circumstances.

Care Coordination & Community Care Guidance

  • Review information concerning VA healthcare access, care coordination, and available community care arrangements.
  • Assess guidance relating to community care eligibility and relevant provisions of the MISSION Act.
  • Evaluate responses to questions about healthcare access, coordination of services, and available care pathways.
  • Apply professional experience to identify appropriate next steps for veterans seeking healthcare assistance.
  • Ensure evaluation standards reflect accurate and practical information about VA healthcare services.

AI Response Evaluation & Quality Standards

  • Develop structured rubrics defining correct, complete, and useful answers to veterans healthcare questions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses against established accuracy, completeness, and relevance criteria.
  • Identify factual errors, omitted eligibility information, outdated guidance, and unclear explanations.
  • Assess whether responses provide appropriate and actionable information for realistic veteran and family situations.
  • Document evaluation findings and recommend specific improvements to response quality.

Technical Documentation & Project Collaboration

  • Prepare clear written feedback explaining identified errors, missing information, and recommended corrections.
  • Document evaluation criteria, eligibility considerations, and relevant healthcare enrollment procedures.
  • Communicate practical insights based on direct experience assisting veterans and their families.
  • Complete assigned reviews independently within an asynchronous project environment.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and professional written communication throughout project deliverables.

Ideal Profile

  • Ability to communicate complex healthcare enrollment concepts in an accessible and accurate manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a remote project environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
