* Objetivo do cargo: O Assistente Administrativo é responsável por apoiar as rotinas administrativas da empresa, contribuindo para a organização dos processos internos, controle de informações e suporte às áreas de negócio. O profissional atuará de forma integrada com diferentes departamentos, garantindo a eficiência operacional, o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade das atividades administrativas.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Organizar, controlar e manter documentos e registros administrativos, assegurando a conformidade dos processos internos.
  • Elaborar relatórios, consolidando informações para apoiar a tomada de decisões e o acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Prestar suporte, esclarecer dúvidas e acompanhar demandas administrativas.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, identificando oportunidades de otimização e aumento da eficiência operacional.
  • Garantir a organização e atualização de informações em sistemas corporativos e controles administrativos.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Médio Completo. Formação superior em Administração ou áreas relacionadas será um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções administrativas será considerada um diferencial.
