* Objetivo do trabalho: O estagiário contribuirá para o apoio nas atividades diárias da academia, auxiliando na organização e promoção de um ambiente que favoreça a experiência dos alunos. Ele terá um papel fundamental na promoção de um estilo de vida saudável, assegurando que os objetivos de bem-estar da comunidade sejam atendidos através do envolvimento ativo e criativo.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na recepção dos alunos, oferecendo informações sobre os serviços da academia e ajudando na integração dos novos membros.

- Apoiar a organização de atividades e eventos relacionados ao bem-estar e fitness, promovendo engajamento e participação da comunidade.

- Colaborar na manutenção da limpeza e organização dos espaços da academia, garantindo um ambiente agradável e acolhedor.

- Participar ativamente no acompanhamento das metas e necessidades dos alunos, contribuindo para a criação de um atendimento personalizado.

- Interagir com a equipe de instrutores e administração para garantir que as operações diárias sejam executadas com eficiência.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente, com habilidade para resolver problemas simples e oferecer suporte aos alunos.

- Habilidade de comunicação clara e efetiva, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com diferentes públicos.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e gerenciar multitarefas em um ambiente dinâmico.

- Proatividade e interesse em promover um estilo de vida saudável e ativo.

* Qualificações educacionais: Estar cursando graduação nas área de Educação Física*

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou atividades relacionadas em ambientes de saúde e bem-estar será considerada um diferencial. Estágios anteriores em academias ou organizações similares são valorizados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em práticas de atendimento ao cliente, familiaridade com termos e princípios relacionados à saúde e atividade física, e capacidade de apoiar na resolução de problemas simples.
