* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor de Vendas atuará na captação e fidelização de novos alunos, promovendo um estilo de vida saudável e ativo. Este profissional será responsável por oferecer informações sobre nossos serviços e relacionar-se com a comunidade, contribuindo para o crescimento da academia e garantindo a satisfação dos clientes. O cargo requer habilidades em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com foco na superação de metas.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar o atendimento a potenciais clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre os serviços e planos oferecidos pela academia.

- Promover e vender planos de matrícula, alcançando as metas de vendas estabelecidas pela unidade.

- Desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes em potencial e manter contato contínuo para garantir a fidelização.

- Participar de ações promocionais e eventos da academia, interagindo com a comunidade local.

- Registrar e acompanhar as vendas e contatos realizados no sistema interno, contribuindo para o relatório mensal de desempenho.

- Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe para garantir um ambiente acolhedor e propício à captação de novos alunos.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.

- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco no relacionamento interpessoal.

- Capacidade de trabalhar com metas e em ambiente dinâmico.

- Proatividade e motivação para buscar resultados.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em vendas será considerada um diferencial. Estágios ou trabalhos relacionados a atendimento ao cliente e promoção de serviços também são valorizados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.

- Familiaridade com o uso de ferramentas de gestão e registro, como planilhas e sistemas internos.
