Le Cinq Codet 5* est un hôtel parisien situé dans le très chic 7eme Arrondissement, entre la Tour Eiffel et le Musée des Invalides. Une décoration Art Déco offrant à chaque pièce une élégance moderne et contemporaine. Dans un cadre artistique, une ambiance chaleureuse et intimiste : Nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste -Guest Relation H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe dès que possible. Notre Chef de réception veillera à votre bonne intégration et se fera un plaisir de vous former aux standards de la Maison, dans le respect des valeurs du groupe 2LCollection : esprit de famille, élégance à la française et convivialité !

VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

• Accueillir les clients et les accompagner en chambre en respectant les standards et procédures. • Apporter votre aide dans les interactions client avec hospitalité et professionnalisme. • Assister les clients dans toutes leurs demandes aux autres services de l’hôtel. • Gérer les arrivées, départs et le suivi des séjours. • Informer et orienter les clients sur les services de l’hôtel et les activités locales. • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l’hôtel afin d’assurer avec douceur les arrivées et départs des clients. • Contacter les clients avant leurs arrivées afin de connaitre leur heure d’arrivée et proposer nos services de transfert. • Chercher des opportunités de créer un séjour plus personnalisé afin d’assurer l’aspect mémorable de ce dernier. • Contacter les clients pour s’assurer de leur satisfaction. • Gérer les retours clients, réclamations et situations sensibles avec diplomatie et efficacité. • Mise à jour et alimentation quotidienne des notes cardex. • Fidéliser la clientèle et contribuer à la réputation et à l’image de marque de l’établissement • Prendre part au départ des clients en respectant les standards et procédures.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Connaissances et Compétences • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans un hôtel 5★ ou établissement de luxe • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le métier, avez une excellente présentation et maitrisez l’anglais (une autre langue étrangère serait un plus) • Vous êtes organisé(e), avez l’esprit d’équipe et un bon sens du relationnel. • Vous êtes flexible et avez la capacité de prendre des décisions de manière proactive. • Vous avez l’habitude de travailler dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
