The posting

Vous aurez un rôle clé à la fois administratif, organisationnel et stratégique, au cœur de la direction d'un groupe hôtelier haut de gamme.

Vos missions en tant qu'assistant(e) de la DRH Groupe :

- Assurer le processus de recrutement des salariés (annonces, tri des Cv, entretiens… ;

- Assurer le suivi des Onboarding et formations ;

- Organiser et suivre les réunions mensuel RH,

- Assurer une veille juridique ;

- Rédiger des correspondances (courrier, mémo, comptes rendus, procédures internes, mails) ;

- Assurer une bonne communication avec les équipes opérationnelles des établissements (RH, Directeurs d’hôtels, Chef de services) et du siège,

- Suivre les compteurs d’heures supplémentaires et de congés ;

- Préparer des synthèses sur les KPI,

- Accompagner la DRH dans de nombreuses missions transverses .

Vos missions en tant qu'assistant(e) du Chief of Staff :

  • Organisation des réunions internes et externes : convocations, préparation des supports, prise de notes et rédaction des comptes rendus.
  • Suivi des actions et relances auprès des interlocuteurs internes (équipes opérationnelles, finances, RH, commerciale…) et externes (partenaires, prestataires, institutionnels).
  • Préparation de dossiers et documents de présentation (PowerPoint, notes stratégiques, synthèses) en coordination avec le Chief of Staff.
  • Contribution à la préparation de séminaires, comités de direction, événements internes.
  • Aide à la coordination entre les différents services (opérations, finance, achats, RH, marketing).
  • Contribution à l’élaboration et au suivi de tableaux de bord et d’indicateurs permettant d’aider à la prise de décision.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac +3 à Bac +5 (École de commerce, hôtellerie, management, gestion de projet, communication…).
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et aisance rédactionnelle.
  • Très bon relationnel, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité.
  • Maîtrise du pack Office (principalement Excel et PowerPoint).
  • Intérêt pour l’hôtellerie, l'expérience client et les projets transverses.
