Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het draaiend houden én verbeteren van een platform waarop dagelijks grote volumes aan transacties doorheen gaan?

Als Application Operations Engineer bij 4CEE zorg jij dat ons Exchange platform stabiel en betrouwbaar blijft, terwijl je continu kijkt hoe het slimmer, sneller en beter kan. Je duikt in datastromen, analyseert incidenten en krijgt de vrijheid om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren in processen, monitoring en performance.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met het oplossen van issues, maar vooral met het voorkomen ervan. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf onderzoek te doen, verbeteringen te initiëren en directe impact te maken op een platform waar honderden organisaties dagelijks van afhankelijk zijn.

4CEE ontwikkelt software die financiële processen van organisaties automatiseert en versnelt.

Met het 4CEE Exchange platform stellen we organisaties in staat om documenten zoals facturen, inkooporders en statusberichten volledig geautomatiseerd te verzenden en ontvangen. Inmiddels verwerken we miljoenen facturen per maand en zorgen we dagelijks voor een betrouwbare uitwisseling van transacties binnen complexe ketens, zoals Peppol.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bewaken en analyseren van productie‑ en testomgevingen, met speciale aandacht voor e‑invoicing‑ en Peppol‑flows.
  • Complexe incidenten onderzoeken, inclusief XML/UBL‑validatie, Peppol‑routing en API‑interacties tussen ketenpartners.
  • Ondersteunen van releases, changes en deployments van het Exchange‑platform.
  • Issues vertalen naar duidelijke, actiegerichte tickets die developers direct kunnen oppakken.
  • Structurele verbeteringen voorstellen voor monitoring, foutdetectie, stabiliteit en performance.
  • Afstemmen met support, development en business wanneer incidenten impact hebben op transactiestromen, factuurverwerking of Peppol‑communicatie.
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen in een domein dat snel ontwikkelt door regelgeving (o.a. Europese e‑invoicing/e‑reporting‑initiatieven).

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring met applicatie‑operations, monitoring, logging en incidentanalyse.
  • Je vindt het leuk om processen te doorgronden en ziet fouten als puzzels die opgelost moeten worden.
  • Kennis van XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, inclusief foutanalyse en validatie.
  • Basiskennis van API’s en ketenintegraties.
  • AWS‑fundamentals (Cognito, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, SES zijn een pré).
  • Je kunt code lezen (pré: Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Java).
