8returns ist ein etabliertes SaaS-Unternehmen aus Berlin, das einen der komplexesten Bereiche im E-Commerce neu denkt: Retouren.

Unsere Plattform hilft Onlinehändlern, Retouren einfacher zu steuern, Prozesse zu automatisieren und aus Retourendaten bessere operative Entscheidungen abzuleiten. Wir arbeiten mit schnell wachsenden DTC-Brands wie 6PM, OACE und SNOCKS sowie etablierten Marken wie Tommy Hilfiger und Reebok.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du verstehst, strukturierst und bewertest technische Anforderungen unserer Kunden.

- Du konzipierst und baust Integrationen zwischen 8returns und externen Systemen wie Shops, ERP-Systemen, 3PLs und Warehouse-Tools.

- Du analysierst APIs, Webhooks und technische Dokumentationen, um Datenflüsse sauber umzusetzen.

- Du begleitest Kundenanforderungen von der ersten technischen Einschätzung bis zur produktiven Lösung.

- Du schätzt Machbarkeit, Aufwand und technische Risiken für Sales und Customer Success ein.

- Du setzt kleinere Produktanpassungen, Automatisierungen und kundenspezifische Erweiterungen eigenständig um.

- Du debugst Integrationsprobleme und entwickelst robuste Lösungen daraus.

- Du erkennst wiederkehrende Integrationsmuster und übersetzt sie in wiederverwendbare Bausteine.

WAS WIR SUCHEN

- Technischer Background in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering oder vergleichbarer praktischer Erfahrung

- Sehr gutes Verständnis von APIs, Datenmodellen, Webhooks, Authentifizierung, Logs und technischen Dokumentationen

- Starke Builder-Mentalität: Du kannst offene technische Probleme strukturieren und eigenständig zu einer funktionierenden Lösung bringen

- AI-native Arbeitsweise mit Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor, Agents oder ähnlichen Workflows

- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder vergleichbarem Niveau

- Fähigkeit, mit Kunden klar und ruhig über technische Themen zu sprechen

- Pragmatismus: Du willst Probleme lösen, nicht weiterleiten

NICE TO HAVE

- Erfahrung mit Shopify oder E-Commerce

- Erfahrung mit ERP-, Warehouse-, 3PL- oder Order-Management-Systemen
