Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij een automotive professional met oog voor detail die ervoor zorgt dat elke auto in perfecte staat wordt afgeleverd? Als aflevermonteur bij a-point in Amsterdam West ben jij de laatste schakel voordat de klant zijn of haar nieuwe auto in ontvangst neemt. Jij garandeert dat elke aflevering een positieve ervaring is, waarbij de auto in topconditie en geheel naar de wens van de klant gepresenteerd wordt.

Benieuwd naar wat jouw werkzaamheden inhouden?

  • Je voert zorgvuldig 0-beurten uit, zodat elk voertuig klaar is voor gebruik;
  • Je installeert en monteert accessoires op maat, denk aan navigatiesystemen en trekhaken, maar ook het inbouwen van bedrijfswagens;
  • Je bouwt alarmsystemen en andere veiligheidselementen in;
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden zodat er een gedetailleerd overzicht is van wat er met de auto is gedaan.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Jij bent iemand die plezier haalt uit perfectie. Met jouw oog voor detail en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid zorg je dat elke auto de werkplaats pas verlaat als alles klopt, van montage tot presentatie. Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en houdt klanttevredenheid altijd in gedachten.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting autotechniek (of vergelijkbaar niveau door ervaring);
  • ervaring in montage en afleverwerkzaamheden binnen de automotive;
  • technisch inzicht;
  • rijbewijs B;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;

Als Aflevermonteur kun je, op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, rekenen op:

  • een salaris dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring en kennis, variërend van € 2.572,78 tot € 3.480,82 bruto per maand;
  • ADV-regeling bij een werkweek van 40 uur;
  • 192 verlofuren op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • ruime opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • een bijdrage aan je pensioen;
  • een maandelijkse bijdrage van Pon aan je collectieve zorgverzekering bij ONVZ of Zilveren Kruis;
  • een actieve personeelsvereniging met meerdere leuke personeelsuitjes elk jaar;
  • de mogelijkheid tot deelname aan sportieve activiteiten van Pon Fit en het gratis aanbod van gezondheids- en welzijnsactiviteiten.

Over a-point

Wij zijn een dochteronderneming van Pon en autodealer van de merken Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda en Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens. Naast het dealerbedrijf zijn we ook gespecialiseerd in autoverhuur en lease. De vestigingen van a-point vind je in en rond de hoofdstad. Vanuit Amsterdam, Almere en Hoofddorp werken ruim 400 collega’s verspreid over verschillende vestigingen.
