The posting

Als Commercieel Magazijnmedewerker bij a-point Hoofddorp ben jij het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van onderdelenverkoop aan externe partijen.

Je voornaamste taak bestaat uit het verwerken, afhandelen, aannemen en coördineren van bestellingen van andere garage- en autobedrijven.

Samen met jouw collega's in het team NORA bedien jij andere garage- en autobedrijven door te adviseren en het verwerken van bestellingen.

Verder kun je denken aan de volgende werkzaamheden:

  • Het uitzoeken, documenteren en bestellen van onderdelen om een efficiënte en tijdige levering van onderdelen aan de klant te leveren;
  • Correcte afhandeling van vragen / klachten;
  • Het meedenken in de meest optimale en efficiënte onderdelenvoorraad;
  • Ondersteunen van het bandenhotelbeheer;
  • Ondersteunen in het beheren van magazijnadministratie;
  • Onze verkoopadviseurs ondersteunen bij de verkoop van accessoires.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op MBO-niveau in de richting van autotechniek of detailhandel;
  • Je kunt je nieuwe systemen gemakkelijk eigen maken en hebt ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen, hierbij is kennis van Autoline een pré.
  • Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en hebt een flexibele instelling, je bent pas klaar als de laatste klant naar uiterste tevredenheid is geholpen!
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt affiniteit met autotechniek;
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht;
  • Jij bent goed in taken coördineren, controleren, adviseren en plannen;
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en woonachtig in de regio Hoofddorp.
