Wat ga je doen

Bij a-point maken we het verschil door onszelf te zijn. Jij bent jij, en dat is precies wat we zoeken in onze nieuwe Verkoopadviseur Volkswagen bij onze vestiging in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Als Verkoopadviseur ben jij het gezicht van onze vestiging. Je zorgt voor service op maat en hebt oog voor de wensen van onze klanten. Door actief te luisteren en te adviseren, help je klanten de juiste keuze te maken uit onze prachtige modellen. Onze vestiging verkoopt en onderhoudt Volkswagen, dus flexibiliteit is een must.

  • Klanten verwelkomen: Actief aanspreken en luisteren naar de wensen van klanten in de showroom.
  • Adviseren: Klanten advies geven over onze Volkswagen modellen en bijbehorende diensten, zoals financiering.
  • Relatiebeheer: Een goede band met klanten opbouwen door beloftes na te komen en contact warm te houden.
  • Verkooptraject begeleiden: Klanten begeleiden van interesse tot aflevering van hun nieuwe auto.
  • Resultaatgericht werken: Gedreven werken aan het behalen van je verkoopdoelen.

Wat vragen we van jou

Wij zoeken een collega voor ons verkoopteam die het leuk vindt om service op maat te leveren.

Voor deze functie heb je verder het volgende te bieden:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-niveau bij voorkeur MBO+ Automotive Business Management aan de IVA;
  • Ervaring als Verkoopadviseur binnen de automotive;
  • Relevante ervaring met het inruilen van auto's;
  • Gedrevenheid in het behalen van resultaten en aantallen;
  • Je bent klantgericht en hebt een “hospitality mindset”;
  • Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en bent daarbij communicatief vaardig.
