Wat ga je doen?

Als (Eerste) Autotechnicus bij a-point Almere werk je dagelijks aan topmerken als Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda en Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens en pak je de complexere diagnoses en reparaties op. Je weet precies hoe je storingen snel én duurzaam oplost en ondersteunt collega’s bij uitdagende klussen. Ook bewaak je de kwaliteit van het werk in de werkplaats, want jij weet: alleen het beste is goed genoeg voor onze klanten. Met jouw kennis, ervaring en enthousiasme til je het team én onze service naar een hoger niveau.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je bent een technicus in hart en nieren met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en precisie zorg je ervoor dat elke klant tevreden onze werkplaats verlaat.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een diploma niveau 2 Autotechnicus of niveau 3 Allround technicus voertuigen en mobiele werktuigen of je staat op het punt je opleiding af te ronden;
  • ervaring met onderhoud, reparaties en diagnoses;
  • kennis van moderne voertuigsystemen en diagnoseapparatuur;
  • rijbewijs B;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Ben je al APK-keurmeester? Dan is dat zeker een voordeel!

Als Eerste Autotechnicus kun je, op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, rekenen op:

  • een salaris dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring, opleidingsniveau en kennis, variërend van € 2.924,78 tot € 4.076,11 bruto per maand;
  • ADV-regeling bij een werkweek van 40 uur;
  • 192 verlofuren op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • ruime opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • een bijdrage aan je pensioen;
  • een maandelijkse bijdrage van Pon aan je collectieve zorgverzekering bij ONVZ of Zilveren Kruis;
  • een actieve personeelsvereniging met meerdere leuke personeelsuitjes elk jaar;
  • de mogelijkheid tot deelname aan sportieve activiteiten van Pon Fit en het gratis aanbod van gezondheids- en welzijnsactiviteiten.

Over a-point

Wij zijn een dochteronderneming van Pon en autodealer van de merken Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda en Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens. Naast het dealerbedrijf zijn we ook gespecialiseerd in autoverhuur en lease. De vestigingen van a-point vind je in en rond de hoofdstad. Vanuit Amsterdam, Almere en Hoofddorp werken ruim 400 collega’s verspreid over verschillende vestigingen.
