Bij Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en vakbekwame (eerste) Autotechnicus die zich thuis voelt in een professionele werkomgeving. Wij zijn een organisatie met veel expertise in huis en werken met topmerken zoals Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT,

Als (eerste) Autotechnicus ben je een cruciale schakel in ons team. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat auto’s storingsvrij en perfect onderhouden de weg op gaan.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties op basis van fabrieks- en importeursvoorschriften;
  • het stellen van diagnoses bij storingen en problemen, en deze vakkundig oplossen;
  • het uitvoeren van APK-keuringen;
  • het zorgvuldig registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Je bent een autotechnicus met een passie voor techniek en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit. Met jouw flexibiliteit en precisie zorg jij ervoor dat elke klant tevreden onze werkplaats verlaat. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een diploma als eerste autotechnicus of je bent gestart met de opleiding;
  • rijbewijs B;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Wat bieden wij?

Als Eerste Autotechnicus krijg je bij ons, op basis van een 38-urige werkweek:

  • een salaris dat aansluit op jouw ervaring en kennis tussen de € 2.924,78 en € 4.076,11 bruto per maand;
  • ADV-toeslag bij een werkweek van 40 uur;
  • goede secundaire voorwaarden;
  • 192 verlofuren op basis van een full time dienstverband;
  • ruime opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • een bijdrage aan je pensioen;
  • een maandelijkse bijdrage van Pon aan je collectieve zorgverzekering bij ONVZ of Zilveren Kruis;
  • een actieve personeelsvereniging met leuke personeelsuitjes;
  • de mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportieve activiteiten van Pon Fit en het gratis aanbod van gezondheids- en welzijnsactiviteiten.

Over a-point

Wij zijn een dochteronderneming van Pon en autodealer van de merken Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda en Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens. Naast het dealerbedrijf zijn we ook gespecialiseerd in autoverhuur en lease. De vestigingen van a-point vind je in en rond de hoofdstad. Vanuit Amsterdam, Almere en Hoofddorp werken ruim 400 collega’s verspreid over verschillende vestigingen.
