Wat ga je doen?

Zorg jij dat elke auto én klant tiptop de weg op gaat? Als Service Medewerker Verhuur bija-point ben jij hét gezicht van a-point Verhuur. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze huur- en vervangende auto’s schoon, compleet en op tijd bij de klant aankomen. Je overhandigt de sleutel met een glimlach én een duidelijke uitleg, zodat de klant zonder zorgen op pad kan.

Is de auto weer terug? Dan check jij of alles in orde is, maak je hem netjes schoon en regel je de registratie en administratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je het klantcontactcentrum en spring je bij op de werkplaatsplanning als dat nodig is.

Je houdt van aanpakken, werkt graag zelfstandig én in teamverband en doet nét dat beetje extra voor een tevreden klant. Dankzij jou loopt alles soepel en komt de klant graag weer terug.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Naast een enthousiaste werkhouding vragen wij van jou;

  • Dat je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Dat je sterk communictief vaardig bentl;
  • Dat je oog hebt voor detail;
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pré.

A-Point is een dochteronderneming van Pon en autodealer van de merken Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA en Volkswagen Bedrijfswagens. Naast het dealerbedrijf zijn we ook gespecialiseerd in autoverhuur en lease.

De vestigingen van A-Point vind je in en rond de hoofdstad. Vanuit Amsterdam, Almere en Hoofddorp werken ruim 400 collega’s verspreid over verschillende vestigingen.
