A A3 Consultoria atua em âmbito nacional apoiando organizações no desenvolvimento de pessoas e negócios, com foco em decisões estratégicas e resultados sustentáveis.Neste projeto, assessoramos um cliente do segmento de Associação de Classe na condução de um processo seletivo para a posição de Assistente Social. O processo é conduzido por consultores especialistas, com abordagem estruturada, criteriosa e confidencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acolhimento e escuta qualificada de beneficiários e familiares, identificando necessidades, vulnerabilidades e demandas socioassistenciais;Acompanhar beneficiários com demandas relacionadas à saúde mental, incluindo internações psiquiátricas e atendimentos em clínicas especializadas;Prestar orientações e suporte social a pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e suas famílias, articulando recursos da rede de apoio;Acompanhar pacientes oncológicos e em cuidados paliativos, oferecendo suporte social aos familiares e cuidadores em situações de agravamento clínico, finitude e luto;Realizar visitas domiciliares, hospitalares e a instituições prestadoras de serviços, conforme programação assistencial;Monitorar internações, altas hospitalares e processos de desospitalização, contribuindo para a organização e continuidade do cuidado;Identificar demandas relacionadas ao acesso a tratamentos, medicamentos, benefícios e direitos sociais, realizando orientações e encaminhamentos;Realizar avaliação e triagem socioassistencial de beneficiários que necessitem de suporte para tratamentos fora de seu município de origem;Articular atendimentos com prestadores, hospitais, clínicas, serviços de saúde e demais setores envolvidos na assistência;Participar do acompanhamento de programas assistenciais, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e adequação dos planos de cuidado;Elaborar relatórios, pareceres, registros de atendimentos e documentos sociais, utilizando sistemas internos e ferramentas digitais;Atuar de forma integrada à equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a resolução das demandas e o aprimoramento dos processos de atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Serviço Social;Experiência profissional em assistência social, especialmente em acolhimento, avaliação de demandas, orientação social e encaminhamentos;Conhecimento dos processos de atendimento socioassistencial e articulação com redes de apoio e serviços;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, e facilidade com sistemas informatizados;Disponibilidade para realizar atendimentos externos, visitas hospitalares e domiciliares, com deslocamentos ou viagens pontuais;Atuação com em cuidados paliativos, TEA, e acolhimento de familiares será um diferencial.
