É responsável por oferecer orientações sobre serviços sociais a pessoas em situações de vulnerabilidade social, violações de direitos e riscos sociais, esclarecendo seus direitos e deveres, a fim de validá-los e garantir sua autonomia social. O objetivo é promover o protagonismo e o desenvolvimento desses indivíduos, contribuindo para sua formação tanto teórica quanto prática, visando à emancipação e ao fortalecimento dos vínculos familiares, conforme preconizado pela Política Nacional de Assistência Social.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOferecer aos usuários dos serviços socioassistenciais a segurança de acolhimento, convívio familiar e comunitário, e desenvolvimento da autonomia, por meio de ações qualificadas que visem à ampliação e acesso aos direitos e à proteção social.Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos usuários, alinhado aos objetivos do serviço, por meio de atendimentos individuais e multidisciplinares, visitas domiciliares, encaminhamentos e articulação com a rede de atendimento, além de promover encontros com as famílias.Realizar estudos de casos e acompanhamentos conforme necessário, avaliando as necessidades individuais dos usuários e desenvolver planos de intervenção personalizados.Realizar atendimentos e acompanhamentos individuais e em grupo, tanto com os usuários quanto com seus familiares, operacionalizando as informações no sistema institucional.Elaborar relatórios, pareceres e laudos técnicos sempre que solicitados.Desenvolver diagnósticos sociais para mapeamento e direcionamento dos serviços prestados.Realizar acolhimento, escuta qualificada e inserções nos serviços, operacionalizando as informações no sistema institucional.Realizar acompanhamentos dos serviços socioassistenciais e oferecer suporte à equipe de convivência.Planejar e propor atividades socioeducativas.Preencher o relatório anual de atividades e demais documentos para a inserção e manutenção das ofertas dos serviços junto aos órgãos regulamentadores, garantido as certificações necessárias para o desenvolvimento do trabalho de forma adequada. Este processo inclui fornecer informações detalhadas sobre as atividades realizadas ao longo do ano, os resultados alcançados, os recursos utilizados e qualquer outra informação relevante para demonstrar a eficácia e a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos.
