Zur Verstärkung unserer Sparte Surface Treatment suchen wir an unserem Standort Kirchheim-Heimstetten eine/n

Auzubildende zum Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d)

was lernst du in deiner Ausbildung?

  • Du erhältst Einblicke in die Abläufe der Produktion
  • Du lernst, wie metallische Grundwerkstoffe mit verschiedenen funktionellen Beschichtungen versehen und dadurch in ihren Oberflächeneigenschaften optimiert werden
  • Du prüfst Chemikalien, setzt Elektrolyte an und kontrollierst galvanische Metallabscheidungen
  • Du lernst, wie auf chemischem und elektrolytischem Weg Metalle und Nichtmetalle aufgetragen werden
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbehandlung von unbeschichteten und beschichteten Oberflächen
  • Du bekommst Einblicke in unsere unterschiedlichen Verfahren und Techniken der Oberflächenbeschichtung

was bringst du mit?

  • Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss mit einem guten Notendurchschnitt
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mathematik
  • Grundkenntnisse in Chemie und Physik
  • Handwerklich-technisches Geschick
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Spaß daran, regelmäßig neue Arbeitsbereiche kennenzulernen

was musst du noch wissen?

  • Deine Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre
  • Dein Ausbildungsgehalt beträgt im ersten Ausbildungsjahr monatlich 1228€, im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr monatlich 1296€ und im dritten Ausbildungsjahr 1375€
  • Der Berufsschulunterricht findet in Blöcken von 2-3 Wochen statt
  • Während dieser Zeit sind unsere Azubis in einem Wohnheim auf Firmenkosten untergebracht
  • Nach deiner Ausbildung hast du die Möglichkeit einer Weiterbildung zum Galvanomeister oder Techniker
