Als weltweit führender Anbieter funktioneller Oberflächenveredelung und technischer Dienstleister entwickeln wir anwendungsspezifische Beschichtungslösungen für unsere Kunden u.a. aus der Automobilindustrie, dem Maschinenbau oder der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Sparte Polymer suchen wir an unserem Standort Nidda zum August 2026

Auszubildende zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik (m/w/d)

was lernst du in deiner Ausbildung?

  • du erhältst Einblicke in die Abläufe der Produktion
  • du lernst wie metallische Grundwerkstoffe mit verschiedenen funktionellen Beschichtungen versehen und dadurch in ihren Oberflächeneigenschaften optimiert werden
  • du lernst das Auftragen von flüssigen oder pulverförmigen Beschichtungsstoffen auf Metall- und Kunststoffflächen
  • du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbehandlung von unbeschichteten und beschichteten Oberflächen sowie bei der Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • du bedienst, überwachst und pflegst die Einrichtungen und Anlagen
  • du bekommst Einblicke in unsere unterschiedlichen Verfahren und Techniken der Oberflächenbeschichtungen

was bringst du mit?

  • abgeschlossener Schulabschluss (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern)
  • Interesse an technischen Prozessen und Handwerksgeschick
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Spaß daran, regelmäßig neue Arbeitsbereiche und Aufgaben kennenzulernen

was musst du noch wissen

  • deine Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre
  • der Berufsschulunterricht findet in Blöcken von je 1 Woche in Sindelfingen statt (im 4-Wochen-Rhythmus)
  • während des externen Unterrichtes wirst du in einem Wohnheim auf Firmenkosten untergebracht
  • Dich erwartet ein motiviertes und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld
  • du bekommst die Möglichkeit zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterbildung
