Kom dan werken als galvaniseur (in opleiding) bij Aalberts Surface Technologies in Eindhoven. Wij leren jou het mooie vak van galvaniseren en oppervlaktebehandeling van kleine tot grote producten van onze klanten. Wij bieden de klanten een breed spectrum van coatings aan, van chemisch nikkel tot hightech galvanische coatings zoals tin, koper, goud en zilver. Dit leer je nergens op school, maar leer je bij ons in de praktijk. De theorie krijg je onderwezen aan onze Galvano Academy.

Wij verzorgen de oppervlaktebehandeling met 60 betrokken en ervaren medewerkers, zeven productielijnen, een cleanroom en een uitgebreid laboratorium. Om met onze klanten mee te kunnen groeien, wordt er een groot investeringsprogramma uitgerold.

Ter versterking van ons team, zoeken wij voor de vestiging Eindhoven een

Galvaniseur / operator

de werkzaamheden zijn:

· Je komt te werken bij zowel de handbediende als bij de geautomatiseerde procesbadenreeks;

· Je begint met de galvanische behandeling van de eenvoudige klantproducten;

Uiteindelijk kun je doorgroeien naar de specialist in het galvaniseren van complexe producten;

· Je gaat de klantproducten voorbereiden, voorbehandelen en galvaniseren volgens de vastgelegde bewerkingsinstructies om de optimale

galvanische behandeling te waarborgen;

· Als je afwijkingen signaleert in de procesbaden, neem je na overleg met je leidinggevende corrigerende maatregelen;

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de behandelde klantproducten, je voert daarom de X-ray en de optische controle uit.

wat wij vragen:

· Toekomstig collega’s die interesse hebben in het Galvano vak en dit willen leren en zich willen ontwikkelen;

· Kwaliteitsbewustzijn en nauwkeurig kunnen werken;

· Enige ervaring in een productie bedrijf;

· Affiniteit met galvanische technieken en chemie is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste;

· Je moet kunnen omgaan met een computer;

· Bereidheid om in 2- en 3-ploegendienst te werken;

· Je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.
