CNC - Maschinenbediener (m/w/d)

Der hochmoderne Maschinenpark der Bearbeitungsabteilung von Mifa Aluminium in Venlo besteht aus etwa 32 CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen mit sowohl vollautomatischen als auch halbautomatischen Maschinen. Er arbeitet mit Toleranzen von ± 0,02 mm und Wandstärken ab 0,25 mm. Die Profilgrößen reichen von Ø 3 mm bis Ø 180 mm. Die Abteilung umfasst auch den Werkzeugbau, die Arbeitsvorbereitung und die Serviceabteilung.

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Aluminiumprofilen verantwortlich. Sie bedienen verschiedene voreingestellte Dreh- und/oder Fräsmaschinen, an denen Serien oder Einzelteile bearbeitet werden, und können bis zu sieben Produkte gleichzeitig bearbeiten. Neben dieser Hauptaufgabe umfasst die Position auch das Spannen und Prüfen der Produkte mithilfe verschiedener Messinstrumente. Als Maschinenbediener/in sind Sie ideal geeignet, flexibel an verschiedenen CNC-Maschinen wie Hermle, Matec und Chiron MPS eingesetzt zu werden.

  • Sie sind bereit, im 3-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
  • Sie sind wissbegierig, genau und pragmatisch;
  • Sie haben eine technische Affinität und Erfahrung mit dem Lesen von Zeichnungen;
  • Niederländischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich;
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Produktkontrollen (dies ist ein großes Plus).
