Zu Aalberts Surface Technologies gehört u.a. die Einheit Heat Treatment Europe mit knapp 1.000 Mitarbeitern an 23 Standorten. Als Technologieführer im Bereich der Wärmebehandlung bieten wir anwendungsspezifische Lösungen für unsere Kunden an.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Sparte Heat Treatment suchen wir an unserem Standort Remscheid (Ausbildungsstart 01.08.2027)

Auszubildende zum Werkstoffprüfer - Wärmebehandlungstechnik (m/w/d)

was lernst du in der Ausbildung

  • du erhältst Einblicke in die Abläufe der Produktion
  • du lernst Eigenschaften von Werkstücken aus Stahl, Gusseisen, Kupfer oder Aluminium zu verändern und zu prüfen
  • du lernst verschiedene Wärmebehandlungs- und Prüfverfahren kennen
  • du lernst chemische und physikalische Abläufe innerhalb der Verfahrensanlage kennen
  • du lernst zu prüfen und zu entscheiden, ob Materialien für die Produktion schlussendlich geeignet sind
  • du durchläufst alle unsere Qualitäts- und Produktionsabteilungen

  • einen guten Realschulabschluss
  • gute Kenntnisse in Physik, Chemie und Mathematik
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Freude an praktischer Arbeit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Interesse an technischen Abläufen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
