Zu Aalberts Surface Technologies gehört unter anderem die Einheit Heat Treatment Europe mit rund 1.000 Mitarbeitenden an 21 Standorten. Als Technologieführer in der Wärmebehandlung entwickeln wir anwendungsspezifische Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

Für unsere Sparte Heat Treatment Deutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Controller (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) in der Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr. Vom Standort Remscheid aus unterstützen Sie unsere sechs deutschen Werke.

Business Controller (m/w/d)

ihre aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das operative und strategische Controlling unserer sechs deutschen Werke im Bereich Wärme- und Oberflächenbehandlung
  • Analyse und Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Profitabilität
  • Controllingseitige Begleitung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, BRM (Business-Review-Meeting), insbesondere bei Rückstellungs- und Vorratsbewertungen, Management-Reporting und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Unterstützung von Werksleitung und Geschäftsführung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Identifikation von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen und Begleitung wirksamer Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Steuerung des Antragsmanagements sowie Identifikation und Begleitung geeigneter Fördermittel
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb und zentralen Funktionen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Controllingprozessen und Reportingtools (Tagetik)
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP, Lean Management)

ihr profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder des Controllings beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise bei einem Lohndienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen und Kostenstrukturen, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Fertigung, Energie und Auslastung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Reportingtools, idealerweise SAP, Power BI, Excel und Tagetik
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen an unsere Produktionsstandorte
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
