Coördinator Technische Dienst

De functie

De Coördinator Technische Dienst is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan productiemiddelen en technische installaties. Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Het verrichten van preventief en correctief onderhoud;
  • Het systematisch zoeken naar de oorzaak van storingen en het oplossen daarvan;
  • Zorgdragen voor kennisontwikkeling binnen de afdeling TD;
  • Het coördineren van de werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling;
  • Afspraken maken met externe partijen inzake onderhoud en kosten hierin bewaken;
  • Signaleren, voorstellen en uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen.

Je legt verantwoording af aan de Productie Manager en werkt samen in een team van 4 à 5 collega's binnen de Technische Dienst. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats ter ondersteuning van productie, waar in 2 en 3 ploegen gewerkt wordt.

Wat wij vragen

Ben jij die ervaren techneut en allround coördinator die meewerkt binnen de afdeling TD, de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de afdeling coördineert en daarnaast zorg draagt voor kennisontwikkeling– en borging binnen de afdeling?

Ben je pro actief, een echte teamplayer, steek je graag je handen uit de mouwen en kun jij sturing geven aan het werk en je collega’s? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Je beschikt over:

  • MBO4+ werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur een diploma Werktuigbouwkunde/ Electrotechniek);
  • Ruim technisch inzicht op elektrotechnisch en mechanisch vlak;
  • Minimaal 5-10 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een productieomgeving;
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten;
  • Goede spreek-, lees- en luistervaardigheid in de Nederlandse, Engelse en/of Duitse taal;
  • Beschikbaar voor het draaien van storingsdienst (gemiddeld één week per maand);
  • Bereid tot het volgen van aanvullende cursussen en delen van kennis met je collega’s.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een bij de functie passend marktconform salaris tussen de € 3900 en € 5400 bruto per maand (inschaling vindt plaats op basis van relevante werkervaring en opleidingsachtergrond);
  • Een aantrekkelijke vergoeding voor storingsdienst en incidenteel overwerk;
  • Gunstige secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een resultaatafhankelijke winstuitkering (max. 8% per jaar), reiskostenvergoeding, een vitaliteitsbudget en een leasefietsregeling;
  • Overige voorwaarden minimaal conform de van toepassing zijnde CAO Metaal en Techniek;
  • Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden;
  • Een actieve personeelsvereniging;
  • Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
